Description of Service
ProAuto is an online marketplace that connects car buyers and sellers in Georgia. We provide a platform for users to list vehicles for sale, browse available vehicles, and communicate with other users.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Data Collection and SMS Usage
When creating an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from ProAuto for verification purposes, account security, and important service notifications.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post spam, advertisements, or commercial content without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Vehicle Listings
When creating vehicle listings, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete vehicle descriptions
- Use real photos of the actual vehicle
- Provide honest and accurate pricing information
- Only list vehicles you legally own or have authority to sell
- Remove listings for vehicles that have been sold
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProAuto and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Disclaimer
The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. ProAuto does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. We are not responsible for any transactions between users.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProAuto, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
